Returns and Refund Policy
Our refund/replacement policy varies depending on the type of product that you purchase. For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns. Because we do not make any medical claims/guarantees and results vary depending on the diet and lifestyle of each individual, we will typically only honor refunds/returns for issues such as:
- wrong item received
- item arrived damaged
- customized request not followed
For other specific situations, we will also consider a refund or return. Integrity and quality is our priority, so we will issue replacements for any order that does not meet our standards.
Terms of refund/replacement- within 14 days of receiving order
Reason for refund/replacement- we will issue a refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged, is the incorrect item, or if any custom requests was not honored and within 14 days of receiving order.
Process for return- we typically do not do returns for safety purposes and ensuring something isn't returned tampered and passed on to another customer. In most cases we will simply send out a replacement.
Process of refunds- refunds are issued at our discretion. Any order seeking a refund must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
